  • Payment Data: While we do not store full credit card details, third-party payment processors (such as Square, as referenced in our internal procedures) handle transaction details.

  • Photographic Images: We capture and process individual and team photographs as part of the contracted service.

  • Marketing Consent: We require explicit, opt-in permission (via a radio box selection on order/consent forms) from parents/persons before using their likeness or the likeness of their minor for any marketing or advertising materials, including on our website or social media. We strictly do not use any images for marketing if permission is not granted.

Our services are contracted by organizations (schools, clubs, companies) and involve photographing minors. We only collect and process images of minors under the contract and direction of the client organization (e.g., the school or sports league). Parents/guardians should direct any privacy concerns regarding the photos of minors to the respective contracting organization. As stated above, we require explicit, recorded permission before using any image of a minor for marketing purposes.

7. Custom Products and Refund Policy

All photographs, prints, and merchandise produced by Photographic Sports Media Group (PSMG) are custom products created specifically for each customer. Because these items are personalized and cannot be resold, all sales are final once an order has been placed and processed.

If an item arrives damaged or there is a verified production error, please contact us within a reasonable time after delivery so we can review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.
